Item 1

Keep one row of requirements for each proposed product.

Record the full number. An external reference is not a confirmed cross-reference.

Your estimate, not an HDASHER minimum order quantity.

Matching dimensions alone do not establish vehicle fitment.

Note what you have. This tool does not receive files.

Describe the product, required construction and questions still to resolve.

1 item

The check covers missing information and quantity formatting. It does not approve a product or quotation.

Useful information.
Visible uncertainties.

A completed worksheet is a starting point for supplier review. Product availability, vehicle fitment, filtration performance, certification and commercial terms need their own evidence.

What to send alongside the brief

Share drawings, labelled sample photographs or application records separately with your chosen supplier. Identify the document revision and keep proposed alternatives separate from confirmed requirements.

What to ask for in return

Request the exact proposed product, price and currency, quantity basis, MOQ, separate charges, sample arrangements, quotation validity, lead-time trigger and delivery assumptions.
